What about COVID?

The SUEU are committed to ensuring that AnCon takes place in a safe way. As such we will take all measures necessary at the time to ensure the health and safety of all attendees. We will be closely monitoring the latest government guidelines to ensure AnCon is compliant. 

If you are feeling ill or symptomatic, we kindly ask that you do not attend the conference for the health and safety of all attendees. If you are feeling ill or symptomatic during AnCon, let a staff member know. 

If AnCon cannot run in-person due to COVID will I receive a refund?

Yes, if AnCon cannot run in-person you will receive a refund according to Clause 12 of the Refund Policy on this page. If this is the case, you do not need to submit a written request to the Event Registrar, the refund will be automatically issued to all registrants.
